Significant portfolio of investment
property demonstrating the above
Early stage development, particularly
of brown-field sites ie. regeneration
Total development cost of £3m - £30m
Returns on total project cost > 20%
per annum

Steve Jones Steve Jones has been actively involved in property development in London for most of his career and specialises in finding and securing off market development sites. He began his career in land development as a land buyer in the early 1970's for property company Country & Metropolitan Estates in Harrow. From 1983-1989 he was responsible for building a development portfolio at Hilstone developments of approx £100 million generating profits of over £20 million. He has also been a Chairman at Wiltshire Partnerships and Managing director at Regent Homes plc.
Patrick Ryan Patrick is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with developers, development due diligence and overseeing the property management business. He has strong experience in managing relationships with various City Asset Managers.
Born and educated in New Zealand, Patrick’s experience is within the fund management environment with extensive experience within various Operations and Portfolio Administration Roles.
