WHAT WE OFFER
 
Inverthorn Capital offers a fully funded financial solution to property developers with a good track record. Developers that are specifically targeted exhibit the following characteristics:
  • Good track record
  • Significant portfolio of investment property demonstrating the above
  • Early stage development, particularly of brown-field sites ie. regeneration
  • Total development cost of £3m - £30m
  • Returns on total project cost > 20% per annum
However the company will consider other developments.

In addition to providing capital, Inverthorn Capital looks to add value through:
  • Tax efficient structuring of developer participation in deals
  • An experienced structured finance resource
Deals are either funded with discretionary capital or by partnering in equity and mezzanine providers. Inverthorn Capital has a broad range of contacts within the industry that are interested in properly vetted development exposure and will use these contacts for the right opportunities should it not fit with our discretionary capital requirements.

THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM
 
Steve Jones
Steve Jones has been actively involved in property development in London for most of his career and specialises in finding and securing off market development sites. He began his career in land development as a land buyer in the early 1970's for property company Country & Metropolitan Estates in Harrow. From 1983-1989 he was responsible for building a development portfolio at Hilstone developments of approx £100 million generating profits of over £20 million. He has also been a Chairman at Wiltshire Partnerships and Managing director at Regent Homes plc.

Patrick Ryan
Patrick is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with developers, development due diligence and overseeing the property management business. He has strong experience in managing relationships with various City Asset Managers. Born and educated in New Zealand, Patrick’s experience is within the fund management environment with extensive experience within various Operations and Portfolio Administration Roles.
